IslaCayman is a B2B2C destination management platform that lets travelers plan and book complete Cayman Islands holidays flights, hotels, tours, dining, and diving through a single AI-powered trip composer. The platform serves four distinct audiences: independent travelers building custom itineraries, DoT-certified US travel agents managing client packages with commission tracking, local service providers listing and managing their inventory, and cruise passengers booking shore excursions against their ship schedule.
Built on Next.js 14, Node.js/Express, and PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM, the platform integrates Duffel for live flight and hotel inventory, Stripe and Stripe Connect for payments and agent payouts, Viator for activity affiliate bookings, and WhatsApp Business for concierge communications. The booking engine supports a three-way architecture instant platform bookings, Stripe authorize-then-capture for mixed live and offline packages, and fully-managed concierge bookings for bespoke itineraries.
Fullestop is delivering the complete platform from ground up UI/UX redesign, frontend migration, backend build, third-party integrations, and a full agent portal with branded client quote flows, commission ledger, and IATA credential verification.
